Follow-up on previous question?

i wrote in a couple of weeks ago. have seen the doctor more times than i can count.i have all the previous symptoms i mentioned but i now have painless swollen nodes in the back of both knees, going up.i also have an enlarged one on each side of my groin.i have started to have deep bone ache and lower back pain.my doctor says it couldn't be cancer because he says it is rare.i think he's crazy, because i have been sick for 6 mos. now and getting worse.i have lost 12% of my body weight i 4 months,7% of it in the last month.i want a biopsy of a node, and he doesn't want to do one, because he says they aren't large enough to be cancerous.they are about the size of between a dime and a quarter.i am really beginning to suspect lymphoma.i also have itchy skin all over and little red dots come up,like broken capillaries under the skin.i am very worried and could someone post who's been through something likec this.my previous question i think is titled " can someone help me"(nsks7283).

Follow-up on previous question?
YOU SHOULD DEFINETLY GET A SECOND OPINION, THAT QUACK DOCTOR OF YOURS IS TRYING TO MASK YOUR PROBLEMS NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU KEEP ALL OF YOU PAPERWORK FROM THE DOCTOR, SO YOU CAN SUE HIS A*** LATER. TAKE CARE AND KEEP US POSTED!!
Reply:Get yourself to a new doctor as soon as you can. Your doctor works for you. You pay him for these tests so if he doesn't want to run them, then find someone new who will. If only for your own peace of mind, you need a 2nd opinion. Take care and best of luck to you.
Reply:Go here and also check out Hodgkin's lymphoma on the same site:

Lymph nodes enlarge anytime you have an infection or cancer as your lymph nodes try to remove or contain the diseased cells.

You don't say what kind of health insurance you have, if any. That may be a factor.

If there is a teaching hospital near you, go there. In any event, you need to change doctors.

Some of the symptoms are consistent with lupus: http://www.niams.nih.gov/hi/topics/lupus...
