By having eczema, from all the scratching i have dark spots on my legs whats a fast way to get rid of them?

i use to have eczema, from all the scratching from the itchy skin, i now have horrible dark spots, i have tried different creams nothing seems to work, i want to be able to have an even tone on my legs, i wouldnt mind getting it surgercally removed if that was possible? please help me out

Mederma works for my acne scars, you have to be persistent though and it leaves a residue but i did notice a difference in my skin.
