is it normal to have itchy skin while using the product?...does it mean it is working?

yeah acne medications dry out your skin because that is what gets rid of acne so it is probably working... if your face is too dry and bothers you then you can buy lotion just make sure its oil free and made for acne prone faces or sensitive skin.. neutrogena is a good brand. ..also make sure it is hypoallergenic.
Reply:what your face is doing is its drying out which causes your skin to peel like a sunburn would. Don't itch it cause it will make it worse. If it's drying out too much then its too strong and you need to stop using it and go with a gentler wash. See a dermitologist.
Reply:Yes, b/c that is how it is. Just don't touch it, it will make it worst and probably the medication won't work,you'll have to bare it.
