For almost 3 months now I have had an itchy red rash that kind of scabs over and now its been leaving scars that almost look like acne scars. Its not in clusters either, its all spread out. It is getting better, but not yet. Any ideas of what it is and what I can do about it? At first I though it was an allergy but I changed everything that I'd been using on my skin and eating and that didn't help at all.
